Way to level up weaponless healers?

Healing an ally who uses Fury, for example. Or level them together with another new combat unit.

I normally slap a blessing on them then wait until doubt SP days. Then just spam the special training maps.

Give them a weapon.

Either that, or just use that big button called "Level Up" and use some shards or whatever to level the unit up.

There really isn't much to do outside of that. Healing doesn't give enough xp to be worthwhile except for really early on.

Just spam-heal units in training maps with a Blessing.

You'll want to put a damage weapon on her, Genny is amazing as a mixed offense/defense support unit anyways. Put Savage Blow Seal on her, and consider putting it on her C slot as well. Dance her with Axzura if you have her (or Lene). Put blessing on her, and farm during double SP. While leveling via kills, look for opportunities when you can have your other units absorb damage and you can spam heals as well. You'll have her farmed in no time.

If you give her the DD SS, and put her on the ranged map, she can do quite well as she has decent RES, you'll just need to be care ful with the archers...

Use the SP you get from levelling up. It's easy to level up using just heals until around level 25, which should be plenty enough to learn assault at the VERY minimum.
