Legendary Ryoma

Not happy with his design either kind of lazy imo what they should have done is made him a standard sword infantry and made him look like Sumeragi and gave him the Hagakure blade with built in chill atk or something like that .

DC is still the most powerful skill in the game, and the A slot is still the best skill slot, even tho the new C skills have somewhat managed to close the gap, so i severely doubt that any weapon with DC well get an upgrade anytime soon, that would be terrible for game balance.
All in all, i don't like ryoma's lazy design, but i wouldn't give an upgrade to raijinto to fix that, maybe a prf special, like they did with ike.
