Have you like......even gotten ur hands on one of them and play tested them yet?

Theyre surprinsigly good. I just got tharja and grima soon after. And her rally allows him to avoid some prety clutch doubles. Increasing his survivability by A LOT

Yep, its amazing, its funny when we get a new skill and the players prefer to use the same thing all the time.

Same happened with Ice Mirror of Fjorm, the only different thing that Fjorm had and some players change that for Iceberg or Aether, cool =\

To be fair, though, in a game that tends to encourage people to prioritize skills that either synergize with main sets (Distant Counter, Fury + Desperation, Firesweep + Life and Death, etc) or sets that have the most arena weight, it's really no wonder why people aren't really interested in some of the new skills.

I will admit, however, that some of the new skills, Odd-Attack Wave for instance, just doesn't interest some people.

When Fallen Takumi became a thing, and his Skadi's effect was released, most people didn't like. In fact, most people still don't like it since it ONLY activates on the 3rd turn. While it can definitely is interesting (new skills in general), it'll definitely receive mixed reactions when being introduced.

I personally find the new skills from the Bridal banner interesting. It allows players to think outside the box instead of using the basic B skills that are constantly used (among the ton of b skills that really aren't used much, if at all), but I can see why some people aren't really feeling its existence.

The thing is, Spd Feint 3 takes up the B slot AND the assist skill, because it requires you to use a rally assist skill, which honestly is just not worth it in the slightest when we legit have hones and fortify.

Def/Res Link while is ok at best, it also takes up the B slot, which is practically an important skill slot for a lot of units and there are practically better B slots than this garbage. You may have a taste for these kinds of skills but I personally find these a waste of time. Again, same concept with Def/Res Link, we have Fortifies if we want defense and res buffs.

For the role of a support wall.....the brazen skills arent that good. He should rarely see combat so when he does he wants skills that provide immediate benefit and dont require set up/prior engagements. If pairing up with a blue unit then TA provides the most bang for your buck.

Same case for threaten atk. He shouldnt be on the front lines most of the time....

Its better for bulky units like nowi tbh....but not for glass cannons. Bec generally you want to use repo to move them AWAY from danger and not to leave them stranded on the front lines

I guess the point of the build was to benefit from Threaten Atk lowering the foe's attack and, while the attack is lowered, take less damage and get into Brazen range, taking even less damage. With a speed boon, M!Corrin's speed is pretty decent, so the set-up really isn't that bad depending on the units he's on the team with.

My idea with this build was to have Ishtar attack while being boosted by yato then having corrin reposition her to safety while activating def/res link, Ally support stats and having Ishtar ardent sacrifice him back to health and getting into desperation range
