I just gave desperation to her and argent sacriffice, refined her breath for speed (+spd - Def iv) works just fine.

You can build her as a player phase dragon with speed refine Water/Light/Dark Breath and Fury/L&D and Desperation. At +2 with Fury she'll have 44 speed which is damn good for a dragon. I've build mine along these lines (thought she's not +Spd, I'm just hoping) as enemy phase dragons have issues against with Bold Fighter and dazzling healers so having a player phase dragon can be handy.
