Hector vs M!Grima

I like M! Grima more myself, but if your Ike isn't using the quick riposte seal your hector would absolutely love to run the omnibreaker set with Wary Fighter, qr3 seal and Armads.

In general I'd say M!Grima, but given your IVs your Hector is probably better. A +Spd/-Res M!Grima isn't unusable by any means, but that boon isn't helpful and the bane is less than ideal, while your Hector has perfect IVs. Hector's really flexible, but given that you run a healer it might be better to give him LA!Hector's set (Berserk Armads, DC, Wary Fighter, Glimmer). Alternatively, you can run the standard Hector set of Armads/DC/Vantage/Ignis, or switch it up with Berserk Armads/DC/Vantage/Bonfire/QR seal.

DUDE!!! You have perfect ivs on your Hector, and the worst boon on Grima, AND Aether on both of them!? Use Hector for sure!! Use his default skills, give him an appropriate C skill and seal, and he's ready to show the world what optimal ivs can do!!!

I run Wary Fighter 3 and Heavy Blade 3 on my Hector personally, so he can get his Special charged quickly while also protecting himself from being destroyed by powerful mages- but really, the sky's the limit with Hector behind the wheel lol
