Halloween Jakob is the best of the list if you outfit him with Guard Bow(built in Distant Defense) and the Close Defense seal. Even better if he gets Vengeful Fighter and Aether.
For me, i will go with H!Jakob but any mage with high defense like M!robin, Boey, Sophia can go with it.
Actually you can go with healer too (with good bulk ofc), but since i'm f2p, it just too costly lol
Healers who run Vantage and Savage Blow/High attack also love the CC goodness. I'm personally waiting to see if CYL gives us a badass healer who might appreciate it.
