I dunno if this'll help, but I used a good mixed tank (Donnel with Distant Counter and Berkut's Lance), a (de)buffer (Sothe), a dancer (Nohrzura) and a decent red unit (V!Ike).
It's very easy to be overwhelmed in this map. I've heard people saying that they've had huge success using Flier Emblem, but they say that they have a flying mage with them, so that might not be as easily accessible for everyone.
A Gravity+ or Panic+ unit sounds like it'd be extremely useful in this map, especially with all of the buffs the units seem to get every turn, and Gravity for slowing down just how overwhelming they can be. Maybe even Pain+ for the Pain+ Savage Blow build to do a lot of AoE damage.

Thanks, yeah that helps quite a bit! Unfortunately, I’ve only been able to draw blue fliers so that’s sort of off the table.
The team I’ve used with the most success so far is Fjorm + base kit, Zelgius + base kit, Olwen (green mage version) + threaten res, and Azama + Pain & double savage blow. Is that an okay team or do you think I should switch someone out? I think the worst performer has been Azama because he can get taken down fairly easily.
Perhaps I can do it with this team but need to try different strategies? I’m not completely sure.

The thing with Azama is that he's got good defense, but has horrible speed unless he has a speed boon, so unless you find a way to increase his speed (speed tactic) and decrease the enemy's speed (i.e speed smoke) then he's going to be doubled by practically every unit that engages him, so I wouldn't recommend putting him in the way to tank any hits unless they have lower speed than him.
I'd probably recommend a faster healer unit to take his place, but the issue with THAT is that he's the bulkiest healer in game. xD
You can probably switch him out for a dancer/singer unit, maybe?
I dunno if Fjorm is the best choice, to be honest, since her base kit is a bit underwhelming in terms of actually being able to tank. She's not that fast and she's not really that good at tanking physical hits unless you give her Close Defense, and her special only activates on mages. Of course, if she's working out for you, then by all means keep her.
I wish I could help you more, but I honestly don't know how different team compositions could do this since my team barely managed to do it themselves. My Sothe managed to take a hit from a blue lancer only because he had enough speed to not get doubled and he had Peshkatz to debuff practically every enemy while buffing up my allies. Maybe you could use a dagger unit?

I remember completing it with a unit that can easily deal with archers in A!tiki, tho any unit with high defense and distant counter works here, reinhardt, axura and brave lyn, but i think any archer that can orko the flyers will do.
Just hit the guys that get too close, then try to retreat behind the two bridges to "your" area to limit their attack range.

Pheonixmaster1 did an amazing guide with 3 infernal solutions (f2p). Personally, I used:
* L! Ike: Reposition, Swordbreaker3 (don't know if its necesary) and
QR3 SS
* B! Lyn: Reposition, Luna
* Olivia (4* +10): Wo Dao + (Ref: speed), Moonbow, Speed +3, WoM3 and Hone Speed3 SS
* Lucius (+Hp -Def): Dazzling Pain+, Speed +3, WoM3, Savage Blow3, Savege Blow3 SS
TBH, Lucius was the MVP, he killed pretty much everyone, the others didn't do too much and Olivia only fought once. My main problem where the armored units with Wary Fighter but the splash damage took care of them ;)
BTW, my Ike and Lyn are neutral and unmerged, Olivia is neutral but 4* +10. And the skills I didn't mentioned are just vanilla skills eg Lyn with Mulaguir, Olivia with Hone Atk3 etc. Hope it helped, maybe you can figure something out
