Yep. I was thinking about Zelgius during the Fallen VG banner. 75 orbs gave me 4 of him, along with Tharja, Lilina, and a freebie Innes. I will never get that lucky ever again.

For a while I had a random Ryoma that I pulled, just sitting there, doing nothing...
One day I kept racking my head on what to use him for, I already had an Ayra and Zelgius.
I couldn't solve the puzzle, and I kept trying the think of uses for him.
I went to summon, and guess what? Another Ryoma.
I swear my luck with reds is insane.
at least I got 2k feathers from the ordeal.

Not quite exactly what the question was asking but I remember trying hard to get Tailtiu from a 4* 5* banner for better ivs as my previous ones were basically neutral. And not getting any Tailtiu so I just finally opted to promote one of those Tailtiu to 5* and what ends up happening the one time I've summoned since then, I got +atk/-hp 4* Tailtiu. Well gonna need to get some more feathers now.

Yes, I thought on merric (I'm a negative person) and... BAF! 3*Star Merric appeared.

That's how I felt about Halloween Henry, I desperately tried for him. After I finally got him, I ended up pulling three more within my next 40 orbs, it was insane honestly.

Sort of. I got three Dorcas in short intervals over two banners and recall thinking after first "don't be Dorcas again please be Gunnthrá" and for once it worked. Then on the second one it didn't. Not that getting Dorcas would be really bad but it is when you're aiming at completely different unit.

As an aside now two copies of him sit in the barracks since I can't decide if I really really need to feed his QR3 or Fierce Stance somewhere. @[email protected]

During the winter armor units banner I spend 400 orbs that I'd save up trying to get W Tharja and got none after 300 orbs. So I literally yell at my phone saying I just want Tharja and I got 4 in my last 100 orbs, 3 in one pull. All it took was some yelling.

Thought of Reinhardt, got a 4 star one maybe a month ago.

He was -atk +res, the third in a row like that.

I usually don't get the one I'm think of. X3 XD So I try not to focus too hard on it, but I do only snipe for the colors that I'm currently trying for and that has helped greatly.

If anything, the units I hate wind up visiting me frequently XPPP If I never see another 5* Claire/Rebecca/Ogma/Merric/Athena/Roy/Seliph/Minerva/Maria/M Corrin/Seth/Eldigan/Tharja/Luke/Roderick/Mathilda/Beruka I can die happy . . . except I'm already dead inside looking at that list x.x XD It's not a comprehensive list of all the pity breakers I've ever gotten, just the worst offenders. X3

Yeah that happened to me I was pulling for Siegfried (used around 170 orbs or so and I got one, really bummed with -atk IV). And then afterwards I got two Siegfrieds in two pulls on different banner 3 weeks later. Now I have a 5 star siegfried +2 merge +spd -res.

I usually end up getting a +3 of a unit I didn't want at all. In my case, a +2 LA! Lilina and a +3 HW! Sakura. I sacked one of the Lilinas for Atk Tactics.
