Nowi is kinda my favorite at the moment, but Zelgius has one huge advantage if I give it to him, which is Bold fighter, giving him the ability to get -1 on cd from both attacking, and defending.

Nowi wants to get her hands on Warding Breath...especially since Lilina's Forblaze will most likely give her effectiveness against dragons.

None of the other dragons come close to surviving a death blow boosted Forblaze - Nowi can barely survive with Warding Breath or a RES boon.
