FURY vs TA Xander?

TA was what I used to beat his GHB elite challenge, but fury is what I generally use. That and cavalry buffs makes him a beast. Keep him healed up and he’ll fire off doubles with QR.

I personally run Fury with Xander because I like the extra stats that Fury provides to Xander. If you give him Vantage with the QR seal, then he performs really well.

That being said, Fury doesn't synergize very well with QR because of the damage after every combat, so TA would work better if you plan on doing QR as the B-Slot. You also open up the seal slot for something else like Close/Distant Defense if you prefer to make him check Green/Red units.

I'd say TA as the chip damage from Fury will bother him without a healer present. I actually gave mine Steady Stance 3 and he is now basically invulnerable physically. It's a different path than most I know but I got 2 Shiro's on the last legendary banner (no Ephraim or Corrin for me sadly). I run him with Vantage in his B and QR in his S.

He needs fortress res. Without it, he's a very bad unit.

I go Fury, Vantage, and Bonfire on my Xander. He gets doinked down to vantage range and then procs bonfire on vantage and destroys the enemy.
