I would use olwen, xander, camus, and cecilia. If you can, give cecilia gronnblade and make sure that you have a unit with hone cavalry, goad cavalry (most likely camus), and you could also give someone fortify cavalry and/or ward cavalry just because emblem team. I also recommend giving either xander or camus or both quick riposte. I speak from experience when I say quick riposte + distant counter from a strong horse unit is devastating and extremely versatile.

Right now, I have a 3* Nino, and again, a 4* Cecilia. I only have 20k feather so I can only upgrade one unit. Is it better to wait for another 20k to get gronnblade+, or it's fine to leave just a gronnblade for a 5* cecilia?

If u don't have another Nino to upgrade later it would be better to wait the 20k feathers to get gronnblade+.

Personally i'll wait, better to do things the proper way without wasting units.

I'm also building a horse emblem with almost the same units (reinhardt instead of olwen) and you shouldn't even 5* cecilia. A lvl40+5 (merged) 4* cecilia has the same raw stats as a 5* one, but will cost you less feathers (and you get two of hers freely as a daily unit). Also, since you're giving her gronblade, she's not missing any of her 5* skills (the only thing she'll miss is attack+3, and i don't believe it's worth 20000 feathers)
