Just asking something about CC

Dont think I've ever seen an Absorb+ Healer in the arena.

Oh my, ive got several builds on my mind with CC. Problem is, i didnt get him in the banner yet. One of my favourite builds is CC on Merric. Forget about his Weapon evolving, his weapon is more unique without it.

He can kill off every blue and green flyer with his tome. Im planning to give him a combination of fury and CC once we get one of those as a seal , but for now i would suggest give him spd 3 seal.

Have him on etiher high atk 44 ( 4 points more ) or high def. In a quad situation you can buff his atk, def and spd with one rally assist. With his buffs and ally support he gets 50 atk, 41 spd, 34 def and 21 res with low res iv. Def instead would give him 37 and atk atleast 46, so its up to you. With fury as a seal later on, he could get 40 def with high def and 49 atk.

For the most part, you want to kill off flyer lancers, he is strong against them beceause of color advantage and his great tome. Also to note is, that most flyers are lancers in the game. Since i would give him lancebreaker he can kill off every flyer lancer, even in players phase.. Lancebreaker is also good for a later fury beceause it needs a while to deactivate.

His damage shouldn be much with 37 def. Axe units give him a bit more damage but he doubles all of them from the most part. Beruka, Michalis, NY azura, cherche and so on, i think minerva is the only one but he can probably kill her with one hit.

Special could be glimmer to make sure they really die, or something else, it depends on you. Other have made similiar builds with him, his tome is very special and his color is perfect for most flyers.

Only Sword fliers are a bit dangerous, especially elinica. But we dont have much sword fliers currently, so thats no big thing. Maybe give him astra then he can kill one in player phase if active.
