Just as you said, without WoM she loses utility but she Windsweep increases it back at the same time by providing extra safety on Light Breath initiation.

The one other issue I see here is Fury. Improving Ninian's Spd/Def/Res is really useful but the recoil of 6hp will hindere her ability to survive ennemy phase (any attack). Thus I'd rather go with Close Def 3 or Steady Stance 3 instead.

In fact, this build is very good at suppoting the team, thanks to the incredible amount of buffs it provide to the team but it doesn't emphasize Ninian's utility as a Dancer. In conclusion, it might be preferable to use this build on another dragon.

Thats a good point - this would be a decent Fae build. I’ve also noticed the HP drop being a problem while training up her SP so that’s a good suggestion, though I’d worry about losing the +3 speed.

I might go ahead anyway because I find myself using WoM very little for Ninian. In a dragon team I am usually trying to keep everyone close to get the Fortify buffs, so she rarely needs to fly across the map. Also, all my Dancers have the same build and some variety would be nice.

This is my Ninian, I was thinking also on Windsweep3. I gave her the +SPD weapon and working on the +DEF weapon now.
I'm thinking to use this build in the future

I hope one if this builds help her with taking in some battles.

Hmm, have you considered the +res version of the weapon? I would think you would want to max her res to take advantage of defense ploy.

Do you find you get good use out of the upgraded Light Breath so far?

I'm going to refine all of her weapons. And yes I have found really really useful her refined weapon, dancer/supporter she jas being great in any team that I have place her in.
I found kind off odd thst in the Camilla warriors map when she got attacked she gave the support to my allies but when I went to the tower to try that out it didn't happened, I haven't tried it in arena so not sure how that will work
