Thoughts on Nowi Build?

Yes, it allows Nowi to really take advantage of lightning breath while also keeping her Defense intact. I approve.

I would suggest a different special. She gets +1 on her special due to lightning breath+ and her speed isn't naturally high, so you're looking at 5-6 until it's charged.

I mean... It survives Reinhardt, and it survives some IV's of Julia and Deirdre. It doesn't survive any Nino's though.
Your build pretty much requires Summoner Support because Nowi's neutral spd is hopeless.

I dunno, its a controversial build. Most people get a lot out of just abandoning Nowi's bad Blue and Green mage MU's, and you're confronting that to make her losing MU's more even.
Nowi's a great unit especially with the newest updates so she CAN be a resistance wall, but you're also giving her way to much credit in that regard.

You've bet into her being able to handle everything, and bet out of her being a super certain win in her regular MU's.
IMO that's what makes this build inferior to more conventional ones.

Also if you're not running Aether (which you should be all the time) she'll need help healing back up to QP range.
HER SPD IS HOPELESS!!
Even if she kills everything in retaliation, she still get doubled!

So, you need at least one unit that has to fill a role just making sure she has spd buffs and maybe the same one to also heal her.

I've been running Nowi since before she was good and I can tell you she's NOT all that. She still isn't. She's not invincible and sometimes she's a liability because her spd is so poor and she needs so much babying to make work in her weird builds.

It can work, but it leaves you open to way more mistakes than if you'd chosen to commit yourself to a more conventional build.
