I think better option would be something like a market than a trade system. With trade system they would lose lots of money. While market currency could be orbs or some other we would need to buy. There have to be some rules ofcourse to avoid multiple accounts and cheating wich destroyed many other games.

every Gacha game could use a trading option and none really gets it. I also cannot see it work for FEH because most of the people would want the same heroes. What might work imo is a IV reroll system for ingame money and another resource which can be used to pick a hero out of monthly selection

There's ways to make it not lose money but the biggest problem is there will be too many alt accounts and attempts to hack others account.
I'd rathe keep it the way it is. Now there are ways for them to make things more friendly.
They can have a monthly make your own banner event for 5 days where you can choose your own focus heroes. They can guarantee every summon session have at least 1 orb of each focus color or let the player select a ficus color and guarantee that orb color to show up at least 2 per session.
They can setup an in game trading system between each player and the system. Meaning allow this:
Implement a global sp process where players gain a small % of sp in the global bank where they can use for any hero. They can also trade it for feather and orbs although the trade rate would require a lot so players won't be just getting tins left and right per can go that route to earn some orbs.
Allow players to also trade sp to feat her at high exchange rate. Also allow players to move hero sp to global sp at higher rate as well.
I also like to see stamina gets doubled because of this.

No gacha game is ever going to add a marketplace. They're already being scrutinized for being too similar to gambling, and adding market forces to demonstrate that some heroes are more valuable than others only reinforces that people can pay the same amount for differently valued outcomes.
