Is Phantom Speed Useful Now?

It already was plenty useful, even before Mia and Arya release.
Swift Blade is really good but since it paired on the fastest units in the game already, you don't really need to pair it with Phantom Speed.

This is really a seal to make the most use of Windsweep and Watersweep more than anything else.

Are you sure about the seal being “plenty useful”? Just like you labeled, there were only two skills that worked with Phantom speed prior Ayra’s blade.
Not many units ran those two skills anyways, so I wouldn’t say that Phantom Speed had many uses. . .

Yeah I am sure. Windsweep is kind of my bread and butter. Alm was my 1st five star unit, I got to experience a lot with that skill and I can say that it can unlock some very high level plays which basically have no counter to it. The only problem being to gather the different pieces of the puzzle to make it happen, as a F2P.

Did you get that Alm from the banner before that Tempest Trials?
I spent like 20 bucks on that banner to rack up to something like a 5.00% pity rate. I never pulled Alm, so I’ll hate you if that was the same banner you got your first Alm from.
And aside from that, I don’t see Windsweep and Watersweep very commonly. So, I personally didn’t think that Phantom Speed was being used too much. Though if the majority is using it, then I suppose I’ve been wrong.

For Mia and Ayra specifically, Speed +3 is better because it actually helps them double, which is more important. But to answer the question, yes it does work with Flashing Blade.

I have +speed Ayra, so I haven’t bothered trying to pull Mia, but speed+3 seal on Ayra increases her special Regnal Astra - it’s power is based on 40% of her speed stat. So +3 speed is useful on Ayra, but maybe less on Mia.

I run her along side Brave Ike who is her ally support and he runs rally speed/defence and spur speed/defence. She’s +1 cause I got lucky with a second pull, so her speed...

44 speed + 3 (seal) + 2 (ally) + 3 (rally) + 3 (spur) + 4 (swift sparrow) = 59 speed on initiation potentially.

Waiting for the day I come up against a Mia in arena and double her XP
