That is her best IV. Give her TA3, Vantage 3 and moonbow and watch her eat reds alive and hold her own against blues, just don't let a green so much as look at her.

That seems like a good build! However, I thought people wanted her to be speed boosting nature to prevent slowpokes from doubling her?

As the frustrated owner of a +SPD/-RES Nowi, she gets doubled all the time anyway. I'd much rather have your +ATK/-HP IV.

I was all excited to get a Nowi with an "optimal" nature according to the guide, but it hasn't worked out well at all. Always falling just short on lethal damage, rarely getting to double anyone and frequently getting doubled herself.

I personally would recommend TA3 and QR3. She can basically not double at all, but with QR, she can really knock some heads. I've even had her survive a Death Blow +atk Lucina with her Falchion. Now, this was with Fortify Dragons, but still.

This also seems pretty solid. A buddy of mine has a fortify dragons team and it's pretty respectable, unfortunately I've gotten no Ninians. Him and I have talked about the Lightning breath QR combo though and it's definitely appealing.

QR3 is also amazing on her, just more expensive.
You never want Spd boon no matter what anyone tells you. She is simply too slow and will get doubled by the main players regardless.

I was thinking that myself after looking at the rec'd IV's. Maybe in the older meta speed was optimal. I guess I do have a solid nature then.

Mainly people go TA3 and QR3 and Fury3 and Vantage 3 but never Fury and QR. I personally went TA3 and Vantage 3 and I'm happy. Threaten Res is a solid c skill. Moonbow is almost a must because of her weapon increasing cooldown.
I like Reposting but this slot is really just play style preference. +Atk seal or quickened pulse seal work wonders for her.
