I like your setup! For Saber I'd give fury since his att is already a bit low. Maybe give him brash assault seal? For Lucina I'd also think about fury but a spur speed seal as well. For Takumi I'd give Luna rather than Reprisal to be honest!
I was actually talking about possibly using luna on takumi as the lower atk could benefit from reprisal. although the moonbow that i normally run generally pulls its weight
