I've been pity broken by her twice with those exact ivs. Slapped blarblade and darting blow on her and she's basically ursala. She'll do a job if you need a nuker on a second horse team or something....otherwise she is a sub par unit.

Those are not the worst IVs.

I have 2 -Atk Olwens. They are actually unusable. I would kill for one of them to be -Spd at this point.

Anyway, Olwen's best with a Blade Tome instead of Dire Thunder as she doesn't really have the stats for it, plus her speed is pretty solid once you get Dire Thunder off of her. Just buff the hell out of her attack and fuel her with cavalry buffs and she's a one shot machine.

My take is to just give her TA and give her a breaker of ur choice. And of course she NEEDS glacies. With TA she hits 49 atk on reds. Can tank 60 atk ryomas and takes almost no dmg from red mages so u can use them to set up glacies. With breaker and glacies she can hit 44 dmg against a blue mage with 30 res.

Quikened pulse allows her more reliable glacies procs. Both after seting up on reds or just by quading thanks to her breaker skill.

Atk seal makes her more reliable without her special.

Hardy bearing is always good for cleanup
