Yeah when the CYL Benter was up I picked brave Lynn as my neutral and when I was drying I ended up getting a neutral brave Roy as well so I'm pretty sure it is possible to get neutrals it's just not that high of a chance most of the time I don't think .
Actually I have another Ike which is +spd and -res and I was confused by this ike which had no boon or bane. But yeah I'm glad my ivs aren't bad neither are they good. I've been having bad luck lately so I'm glad that there was no bane or boon.
