Personally I'd stick with the attack boon if you're going to be running her in a flier emblem, it's very easy to find yourself with too much speed... At neutral, she has a base speed of 40, plus 4 on initiation if you keep Swift Sparrow, and if the unit she's attacking was effected by her weapon you're looking at 48 base speed without buffs, while at neutral speed, throw in a home fliers and you're at a spread of 63/50, or 67/54 if the unit is effected by her debuff. The extra attack will help her punch through things like surtur a bit easier as well :)
