That explains why everyone tier 21 doesn't show up in the top players list. Can't find a match and remain "Unranked" for the rest of the season... Probably.

Wtf. IS really fucked up. Maybe he can play and get his rewards if someone beats him on defense. He should get some compensation if not. Maybe he should get some compensation no matter what. He played the best out of anyone and got punished for it.
