Sacred Seal Concepts

-Renewal, because triple renewal Falchion needs to be a thing.
-I've been wanting Dull Ranged/Melee for a long time. It would be so nice for Arena Assault units.
-Aerobatics would be cool. I don't think it's too unlikely considering the Guidance seals.
-Def/Res Smoke. I really don't see the point of locking them behind a 5* wall.
