I don't think the whitewings would work very well for AR defence, because they need good positioning and the AI is too stupid for that.

Definitely agree. I think it's between Cordelia and Shigure mainly, and maybe Clair. Shanna has Cordelia's spd with lower atk; the whitewings aren't going to work in the AI's hands especially when your other fliers are dancers who will stay well behind the others.

Also, teams with lots of ranged units have the potential to wreck you, especially high res bows.

Also, consider L.Ephraim. He has a forced double and 3-movement without Gray Waves. And then you can consider L.Hector if you switch one L.Azura for an infantry dancer.

I agree with Azurem that the AI would have problems using the triple attack from whitewing's refine.

Even then, proccing Galeforce on the first round of combat is not easy.

You obviously need some way of doubling (speed or a brave weapon) and enhancing your special charge (like heavy or flashing blade... but FB is limited to armored and infantries, and we don't have any speedy infantry lances that can use it).
The other problem is that you'll often face ranged units that won't hit you back to grant you the 5th charge of your special, so you'd need some way of reducing your cd count.

Clair with Ostian Pulse support from L.Hector seems the to be the best solution with the points above in mind since her prf has flashing built in and her spd almost guarantees a double, but with her low def she might just straight up die on the counterattack of a melee unit and she risks one shoting horsies.
Catria and Shanna have meh attack, low chance of actually using heavy blade.

Honestly, I'm not sure who to recommend.
If you have one of those blues already ready, try them out.
If you have none of them and want a blue flier, build the one that would you would use the most outside of AR defense.

L. Ephraim is an excellent Galeforce unit. His attack is high enough to easily trigger Heavy Blade, he gets a guaranteed follow-up (conditionally) and can run Desperation, and he already has 3 movement.
