I see the same thing. Must be a bug. Contact IS.

They might have made it to where it only has four modes, and when they added Abyssal it knocked Lunatic out. Not sure though.

There has never been a Narcian infernal GHB, only normal and hard. Same for F!Robin. As the first two GHBs, they were a bit easier than the later ones.
Then Ursula was the first to get the standard hard and lunatic difficulties, a few months later Clarisse and Legion added infernal, and this has not changed during the last year and a half or so.

There were never Lunatics for Narcian or Female Robin.

Ursula was the first GHB to have a Lunatic.
