My Opinion (Long Description!)
Answers
The biggest 'problem' is Ephraim.
He can't work like a normal armored unit, not with his base kit.
But with the right team support he can be a tank who makes use out of 'air support'
Unit that are more mobile and provide support, damage and resposition fun stuff.
And maybe he can use shove/smite to push away allies that get to him for support (like WoM healers).
But he won't be all that great in a normal armor team

I’m thinking this as well. Here are my thoughts on each unit:
-Fae: My top priority. Her breath points to her being really tanky and I bet money she’s a 179 BST dragon. She can dump speed with vengeful and will be Halloween Myrrh but tankier. She also looks cute!
-Ephraim: How does my mans get TWO armor alts in the same year? His weapon is insane for soloing, his kit is amazing, and his stat spread seems to dump speed for that great attack and big D baby. If he’s 179 I’ll roll for him. If he’s 175, I have brave hector already so I’m good.
Eirika: Honestly pointless. Unless she extremely tanky or has good attack, there was no reason to put her in the game as a unit. Fighters don’t work well on healers, razzle dazzle does. Speed is the lifeblood of a healer and armors usually dump it and even worse: she can only move one space.
Priorities this Christmas:
1. Fae
2. Ephraim
3. Lissa
4. Tharja
5. Eirika (I wanna try her out a bit)

It may seem wierd, but you can dazzle refine her weapon.
If her atk is low she doesn't need the wrathful effect, and her weapon doesn't have any offence use anyway.
So using the B for survival or utility could make Eirika a great support focussed staff user.
It does depent on her stats though. A lot.
