Ultimate Libra build?

This is one build I thought up a while ago, works with a healer.

Basicly to goal is to be able to take hits at high hp and go to town on the enemy when low.
And use a healer for when Libra needs to take a hit again.

It should work with your IV, the C is flexible

I think Nooooo Pizzaguy can help you there and be your best friend :D.

But I prefer my Libra to be tanky, a Def or Res boon will be good.

Libra's one of those units that can work with a variety of builds. With how versatile he is, I'd probably run a mixed phase build. It's high investment but very effective. If he's getting speed buffs then he probably won't need QR, maybe atk/spd smoke instead.
