Has Eir made your AR placement better or worse?

I feel like most players felt betrayed by the changes and just gave up the mode.

There is no point in tryharding for the top spots if there is no chance at all to get there due to not having enough Eirs.

Personally, my placement got better, but it has to do more with not getting hit hard with defense losses than Eir helping my score

My rank's got better which is weird because my Eir is still level 1 and I haven't used her. I should be falling behind. I think xchan is right, a lot of people just gave up on it.

Gotta keep in mind it's gonna be about a month before we fully see the effects of the scoring changes. Give the whales some time to create some separation then you might feel differently.

I just got my 5th offensive slot and don't even have Eir on all my teams. I've been having major trouble this season and having problems baiting teams. I'm tier 16/17 so I'm high up there and getting a major challenge trying to do these things perfect.

I only have the free one, and I conferred the blessing on a Loki - but as I said, having issues on attack with dancers + Veronica + Surtr + blue/green mages.

I think you're the one who's mistaken. The AR update is not helping F2P players. It's helping those lucky enough to get more Eirs, or to help the whales as usual. IS very rarely helps F2P players... It's happened, but not often.

I'm sticking to the top 3k, but once Mythic Heroes start becoming more and more of a thing I'm going to be dragged out of that spot. So currently, ironically, without the use of Eirs I've someone gained spots instead of losing. I think players are attempting to use Eirs in hopes of gaining more lift, but are gambling their lift away instead.

Don't know don't care that much about that mode, it's not content that keeps me hooked in the game. I just play 1 or 2 times a day and that's all, it doesn't take even 10 minute per day

I'm Tier 16 iirc, and I haven't been using Eir. It's enough of a pain to win AR offense battles as is, and even with five team members, I don't really want to spare a slot for Eir AND and bonus. It only gives me three real flexible units to work with.

I agree. It's obnoxious that we're basically being forced into using Eir, a bonus, a dancer, and two ranged cavalry on offensive teams. Anything less than that is sub-optimal for either scoring or for ease of winning. It's putting players in a bad position and leaving a bad taste in our mouths.

As a F2P player, I am currently running 2 Eirs + a bonus unit and I am having a lot of success. My main tank unit, Fae, has a light blessing and can tank just about anything as long as it isn't a fast red unit.
