Was 4* H Henry confirmed to be a mistake?
Answers
No need to trigger my brother! I keep hearing that but haven’t heard where the source is. Obviously we all saw the picture of it, and there was a reason it was made that way. The only mistake I know of for sure is how they released the pic. Whether or not it happens remains to be seen, but I am skeptic when people say it is 100% not going to happen.

I think it's very unlikely they'll ever demote seasonals when they can still make money off of them (I'd expect the first year's seasonals to re-run again this year, maybe in banners with more generous rates to entice people to spend on units with lower BST, etc.) but many of them still have incredibly rare skills and top-tier art. Summer Tiki (adult) for example, is the only unit with Axe Valor while, say, Halloween Nowi has both Atk/Res Bond 3 and Hone Fliers.
Also, you can very easily find 3* and 4* versions of the seasonals in-game if you try a paralogue on Easy or Hard mode. It's likely whoever was creating the screenshot on IS / Nintendo's end just filled up the brigade without realizing what units they were using.

I do expect them to make an update about it.
I figure they eventially don't want to bother with rerunning all the old seasonals.
So they might just find a way to 'purge' them
If that means 'find some way to give em like they did with grail units' or 'Just ignore they existed at one point'
I do not know

I think it's more likely that once we hit a 3rd set of seasonals that they demote year 1 seasonals for that season's banner only e.g. year 1 halloween units at 4* in the year 3 halloween banner.
Would cause more people to pull for exclusive 4* units. This seems to work in other gatcha games, so I don't see why it wouldn't work here.

Misstake as it shouldn't have happened and we shouldn't read too much into it.
We learnt from hackers, way back when the game came out, that the code allows for any unit to be created from thin air. You just needed to imput some numbers into the code and the chosen unit would appear in your inventory at the rarity and IVs you asked for.
The system makes sense from a devs point of view, as why should them have to go through the gachas RNG to get the units they want to test?
What probably happened is that the dev in charge of the Sharena blog created Henry (and the rest of his box) this way but forgot he was a 5* exclusive when imputing the rarity.
