I personally like Lindes Aura Refine (running her in an All-Mage-Team) since it's a support/self buff weapon, which I consider really good.
It's mostly depents in which team you use her, but all in all if you can pull something of that matches the weapon I say it's really good.

Est really isn't that great, it works in Arena, but then you need a team of fliers to pull it off, which is counterintuitive when you look at scoring overall (it can work, but it might not be the best or easiest option). Catria easily made out the best of the Whitewings, a Slaying Brave weapon will work well in ANY setting.
So if you want a Flier from your list I'd go for Clair (Dual effectiveness).

Otherwise I'd recommend Linde - if you have the proper team in mind that you'd like to use her with (as I personally never really had much luck using Julia, she does HER thing well, but really that's about it).
