2# +Atk - SPD does not matter for Surtr if he has 17 SPD or 13 SPD

To be honest would rather if i had the choose a boon in +Def and Dream -SPD. But by my luck i get like always +SPD T_T

Dude there is DUELL and +Bonus hero out whelp most of them you can do 10merge +(if it a Hero that may give you less giving a DUELL skill what he will do if he want to stay in Arena high using Money on +10Surtr then he will do and will highly have Duell skills)

+atk -def, with halloween myrrh and legendary tiki being a thing, lowering res is a bad idea.

I somewhat agree with Nilla. Lowering his Res is certainly a dangerous idea, the amount of stupid dragon units running around Arena is insane. I think +Atk/-Def is his ‘best’ iv. Also your build is completely focused on arena scoring. So I may ask, what is his future build?

I plan to run his base kit with Aether and eventually a Dual Rally+ or Rally Up Atk+ (maybe even Rally Up Spd+ if it ever becomes a thing).

Below is what I might run once I have the resources to waste, whenever that may be, Lul.

Wow, that’s fast. I recommend a weapon that is effective against a certain foe, due to Surtr primarily having Really high Atk. Maybe Slaying Hammer or even Poleaxe? I think you should switch out LnD for something like Kestrel stance as ,what I can see from the picture, you like a fast Surtr. Or even DB4 should work.

Considering units gain 2 points per merge, probably +Atk/-Def purely for scoring. He will still have 40 Defense which is solid enough. If it weren't for Arena, and for Aether Raids exclusively, then you'd want -Spd. But I'd go +Atk/-Def in this case.
