There's usually one or two refines that's really strong or special. Like Saber's dagger.

I'm thinking it might be Navarre.
Could be a solo skill, or our first firesweep unique weapon.
Ogma is likely the one to get a boring but practical refine.

If Navarre has a Firesweep effect along with a cool down reduction, I will literally cry of joy. I already run FS on him, put that with cool down? The Bless my soul, Navarre is gonna be on a roll.
But if it happens to be a built in Wave, Solo, or some other prominent skill, I won't be complaining.
