Did everyone get this information via notifications or not, as I didn’t get a notification and there wasn’t an update? Has IS delayed an update for IOS users..?

But since we’re on the topic of refines, I really hope Navarre’s refine is good as it gives me an excuse to build him.

These characters are all excellent options to receive refines. I'm glad IS chose them instead of units like Celica and Tana who were doing fine without.

They did this last time too with Florina and Saber and arguably Shanna. If they keep this up, they get my vote of support.
