Is this enough to get to Tier 21?

Nope,its not even enough to leave tier 1, you're not even playing the game, I don't even know how you found this website, quite frankly its amazing you've gotten this far in life with your inability to read anything.

I got in a couple weeks ago with 3720, though the bar has gone up a bit since then. I'd check and see when it gets closer to the cutoff. I've made it in with a score of around that, so you should be fine, but I'd keep an eye on it.

It is enough to get in, although water seasons with fjorm tend to have inflated scores. It is not even close to staying in however.
