Actually based on the text it's a spectrum tactic OR a CC bond and a omnibond. Of course you'll go for the second as tactic skills often get redundant. it'd only be good if you are new or don't care a lot about buffing.

EDIT: unless for some reason he's adding two effects on a refine?

For the refine i was teying to make it like sabers, where it needs a condition for the CC to activate
Doesnt saber get a boost to everything and a DC effect when his condition is met

I'm always up for some theory crafting.

-Naga (entire overhaul) : Julia and Deirdre
Base effect: Effective agaist dragons. If enemy targets lower of def or res, target the higher of def or res instead.
-Refine: If enemy uses dragonstone, unit can counterattack regardless of range.

-Cursed Lance: Valter
Normal effect: +3 atk/spd, 4 damage after combat
Refine: brazen atk/spd

Audhulma: Joshua
Normal: - 1 special cooldown, first attack targeting res is lowered by 30%
Refine: Unit has higher speed than the enemy, unit can counterattack regardless of range.

That last one might be a bit too strong though.

I want Narcian, M!Robin, Henry, Boey, and Saizo.

And healers needs new refines too. Wrazzle Dazzle is old and stale.

Whitewing Lance/Blade

16 MT Special cooldown -1

Refine: I don't know maybe deny enemy follow-ups or a special fighter effect if adjacent to a flier Ally?

At the start of each turn, grants special cooldown count -1 for each flying ally within two spaces (maximum of -2 to special cooldown count)

Resembles the triangle attack by dropping the cooldown of the weapon's user when close to other flying allies.

Sophia

Apocalypse - Effective against dragons

Refine: If unit is adjacent to a dragon ally, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res and unit can counterattack regardless of foe's range.

Resembles her being a half-dragon. Her refine gives her one of the perks of being a dragon, gaining adaptive damage when she's beside one.

I say a few characters the could REALLY use a refine are the Robins, (Expecting Owltome base with Omnibond 2 refine, each.) Henry, (Close Counter tome with Fierce Stance refine would be neat.) Azura, (As long as she gets her Blessed Lance and it comes with Wings of Mercy as one of its effects.) Mist & Elise, (If they don't get demoted.) and Narcian.

I'd love Narcian's refine treatment to be the something along the lines of the following:

Runeaxe - 16MT [Runesword, but it's an axe]
Base Effect - When special triggered by attacking activates, heals HP = 30% [or 40-50%] of damage dealt.
Special Refine - +10 Special Damage.

Other characters I would like to see get refines are other GHB units that could use one, like Berkut, [Kremhild with DC, please] Xander, Camus, Lyon, and Oliver.
