Salvaging him is easy he has 39 speed? So now you have 36. Your other flier probably hit this with a boon and still are fast because of flier buffs. 36 +8 from 2 goads is 44. And that's without your choice of B skill. You can build him exactly the same and be fine.

Well, if he receives hone fliers, he can still reach 46 speed (Kestrel + Buffs), which is a good range, for not getting doubled, but a bad range if your ain for ORKO, maybe if you help him with +3 Spd Seal and some ally with Drive Speed, he can have 52 Speed, which is kinda insane. But put in mind, AI is kinda dumb sometimes, so, he is probably not gonna work so well for defense teams.
