I need help coping with the fact that I don't have perfect IVs (even after spending so much) and need advise on making the most out of what I have:

So I really like the ability to use a healer in arena, to save points. I think, and please correct me if wrong, that the ~10-15 points you miss out on from having a sub-rate character in your team…
